In this weekend retreat, we offer you the opportunity to experience a type of yoga that will help you connect with yourself, deal with stress and improve your quality of life.

  • 16:30 acroyoga initiation class

Day 3 :

  • 7:00 pranayama

  • 7:30 tantra yoga class 

  • 9:00 break

  • 16:00 farewell circle

Who is it for? to all those people who would like to have a first contact with yoga or practitioners of other yoga disciplines who want to try tantra yoga.

 

The group : This is a small group of maximum 14 people.

 

Accommodation : In this course we will sleep in a rural house in the mountains of Chiva with all the needs for this type of course. The bathrooms and rooms are shared.

 

Diets : Full board with a vegetarian and balanced diet, making menus with fresh, organic products and taking into account that our body needs for daily activity.

In case of having an allergy or food intolerance, the client must communicate it before TaoTrips, at the same time of hiring the course. TaoTrips will try to adapt the course's diet or communicate if it is impossible.

 

Recommended material and clothing: Upon booking the client will be provided with recommended clothing and equipment required for the course. There will be a first aid kit provided at each centre although each person must be responsible for their own additional necessities in terms of pathologies, medication and perosnal belongings.

 

Activities:

  • Tantra yoga : this physical and mental discipline will help us balance our body and our mind. It will also help us manage our stress and improve our quality of life. In this retreat we will see the basics of this practice and how to apply them to our daily lives.

  • Acroyoga: in these sessions we will find the funniest part of yoga, creating different positions, trusting ourselves and overcoming fears. No extra physical condition is required.

  • Conscious eating workshop : we will learn the importance of what and how we eat.

  • Walk: we will take a walk around the area of ​​the yoga center.

       

How and when to book: TaoTrips will show you the steps to process a reservation. It is advisable to make the reservation in advance to ensure the place and the best services. Our groups are limited and small.
